We provide personalized quality pet care to canine and feline patients.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Physical Examinations
To assess the health of your pet, a general assessment of the body is done, much like a human doctor would conduct for you. Along with the check of the pet's body, the veterinarian will consider the weight, diet and history provided by the owner to determine a pet's health status.
Vaccinations
To help prevent disease, preventative vaccinations are used for both cats and dogs. To tailor the vaccination protocol to each pet, a veterinarian will consider the animal's health status and environmental risk factors to determine which vaccinations may be required.
Surgery
General procedures for dogs and cats can include spays, neuters, soft-tissue surgeries and orthopedic surgeries.
If a specialized surgery is required, referral to a board certified surgeon is available.
Dentistry
Maintaining good oral health is important for our pets. Some pets require basic cleaning, scaling and polishing in hospital under general anesthesia. Dental x-rays may be used to assess the health of the tooth. In cases of advanced periodontal disease, extractions and oral surgery may be necessary. We can provide these services and referral to a board certified veterinary dental specialist if extensive surgery is required.
Radiology and Ultrasound
Our clinic is outfitted with digital radiography and access to ultrasound services.
Laboratory Diagnostics
Our hospital has an on-site comprehensive laboratory. We have the ability to digitally run complete blood counts, chemistry profiles, urine screenings and cytology analyses along with our highly trained technologists to perform additional diagnostic tests and quality control measures. We also refer to outside referral laboratories for extensive and specialized tests.
Medicine
Comprehensive assessments and work-ups can be done for all aspects of general and internal medicine, including dermatology, ophthalmology, and behaviour cases.
Canine Massage Therapy - Currently Postponed
We offer canine massage therapy for patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, suffering from arthritis or have other mobility issues. Dogs that participate in canine sports or just enjoy an active lifestyle benefit as well. Programs are tailored for each pet.
