Our hospital etiquette is as follows:

• Masks are optional. Although, if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, we kindly ask that you wear a mask to avoid germ spread or reschedule your appointment booking.
• Is your pet anxious or reactive? Would you rather wait in the car to ease their stress? Pop your head inside or call from your car upon arrival. We will give you one of our handy pagers to notify you when there are no other animals in the waiting room and when your pet's veterinarian is ready to see them.
• Cats must be in a carrier
• Dogs must be on a leash (we discourage the use of extendable leashes in-clinic)
• Please keep your pet away from other pets while in hospital. Tension can escalate rapidly between animals who are stressed, painful, ill or anxious. Maintaining distance also reduces the potential for disease spread, especially in patients who are not yet fully vaccinated.
• In an effort to maximize appointment availability for our patients, we have implemented a No Show Appointment Fee. Families that fail to notify our hospital that they are unable to attend a visit may be subject to this fee.
• Please be kind and respectful to all staff members.
